Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
To qualify for a refund, you must:

• Contact us at umbli2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

• Provide photo or video proof of the damage while the product is still in its original packaging

Once verified, we’ll issue a full money-back refund to your original payment method.

Refunds cannot be approved if the item has been used, unboxed, or damaged after delivery.
